This Promotion is conducted by PRIME Coaching, LLC, located in the state of Illinois, U.S.A, the “Sponsor.” Participants in Promotion must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Sponsor reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any Participant for any reason and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time for any reason. No purchase is necessary to enter, nor will a purchase improve or increase a Participant’s chances of winning. Promotion Period begins at 12:00 AM EST on 5/13/2024 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on 5/21/2024. This Promotional Giveaway will be available to all who have completed an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Level 1 program (or equivalent) by a single entry via ENTRY FORM on this page for the chance to win the grand prize of one free enrollment in the PRIME Coaching Academy Fall Program beginning September 3, 2024 valued at $4950.00 USD. There will be two second place prizes of a $1000.00 USD discount and three third place prizes of a $500.00 USD discount for the PRIME Coaching Academy Fall Program beginning September 3, 2024. Drawing will be video recorded and posted on social media sites where the Giveaway has been announced no later than May 25, 2024. The odds of winning are based on the amount of entries at the time of drawing. Participants do not need to be present to win, if the winner for any of the prizes are not present they will be contacted via email given on the entry form and have 1 week from the time stamp on the email to claim the prize before another participant has the chance to win that prize. If the email submitted to the entry form is not valid or legible another participant can be chosen for that prize. No new entries will be added to the raffle after May 21, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST. Prizes are non-transferrable. All taxes, if applicable, on any prize awarded are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Each Participant releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsors, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to Participant arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in Promotion.
