Two Rebels, One Cause
Amy Donovan, MCC, and Elias Scultori, MCC, forged an extraordinary partnership after an unexpected encounter several years ago. Their paths crossed while collaborating on the overhaul of a flagship program for another coach training organization. Amy, known for her outspoken and edgy demeanor, provided a striking contrast to Elias's reflective and mindful intelligence. Surprisingly, their differences became the foundation for a strong connection, fueled by their shared passion for coaching, unwavering standards, and a compassionate worldview. The dynamic synergy between them quickly ignited a creative spark that continues to burn brightly.
Both Amy and Elias played a crucial role in creating successful coach training programs for various organizations and universities. In keeping with their high standards for coach training, they noticed a trend of organizations prioritizing a transactional over a transformative approach to coaching. This growing competitive landscape led Amy and Elias to witness a decline in standards and the essence of true coaching.
Professional coaching has always been positioned as a disruptor, even before the term entered our common vocabulary. Over the past 30 years, coaching has positively impacted the lives of millions, thriving on the universal human desire to be acknowledged, understood, and believed in – essential components of transformative dialogue.
The magic of coaching lies in its alchemical process, a precious and valued element that has propelled the profession worldwide. However, as some of the early pioneers retire, the distinctive and transformational qualities that defined coaching seem to be diminishing. The profession is experiencing a shift towards an approach that dilutes the core tenets that made coaching a global phenomenon.
Motivated to restore and expand the potent elements of coaching, Amy and Elias aimed to create a program that not only revived excellence but also embraced the evolving landscape. Recognizing the significant changes since Amy's involvement in defining professional coaching and the core competencies of coaching in the early days of the ICF, they set out to establish a coach training program tailored for those pursuing excellence, with a focus on attracting forward-thinking millennials.

Amy Donovan, MCC
A pioneer leader in professional coaching, Amy Donovan understands the many challenges and realities that come with leadership. With over 25 years of executive coaching experience, Amy combined her business leadership with her mastery of coaching to co-found PRIME Coaching Academy.
A Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, Amy brings a broad range of experience in a variety of industries including healthcare, financial, tech, manufacturing, legal, academia and government. She has coached leaders at all levels, from the emerging leader to the C-Suite in all facets of leadership.
In addition to her coaching experience, Amy has been a pioneer and leader in the coaching industry with over 25 years of experience educating thousands of coaches and leaders throughout the world with program and curriculum design. Amy has developed several flagship programs for several well-known coach training organizations. She has also facilitated hundreds of training and development groups in the areas of coaching skills, emotional intelligence skills and resiliency skills.
Amy is also the co-author of “Who’s the Boss?: Confront the Elephant in the Room”, a book about having “cringe moment” conversations in the workplace.
Elias Scultori, MCC
Elias Scultori is a seasoned coach who supports leaders in creating space for deeper thinking, stronger engagement, and more meaningful impact for individuals, teams, and organizations.
Over the past two decades, he has coached and trained leaders in more than 40 countries across six continents, supporting organizations in cultivating thoughtful, effective, and human-centered leadership.
He holds the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation and the ESIA (Individual Supervision Accreditation) from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. He also serves as an official ICF credentialing assessor and registered Mentor Coach.
Elias is the host of the PRIME SPACE podcast, exploring the mindset, ideas, and evolving standards shaping the coaching profession
A deep commitment to shared humanity informs his work. He creates spaces where individuals can see more of themselves—and each other—inviting reconnection with authenticity, truth, and the deeper human values often lost in the noise of modern leadership.
Before dedicating his work to coaching, Elias spent years in the New York City marketing industry, collaborating with organizations including DoubleClick (Google), BP, and MetLife. He also holds a master’s degree in music from Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey.
Outside of coaching, he is a trained photographer and Vipassana meditator. He enjoys opera, travel, and exploring the richness of global cuisine.
Originally from Brazil, Elias has lived in the United States since 1992. After more than three decades in the New York metropolitan area, he now resides in St. Petersburg, Florida.
